Four challenges on one card!
Merry Monday - use a dog or cat
Colour Me...! Melon Mambo, Lost Lagoon, Night of Navy, Crushed Curry
Shopping Our Stash - texture and use your oldest embossing supply
Freshly Made Sketches - sketch #183
Not your traditional Christmas card but I really like how it
turned out.
I went searching the internet last night for some challenges to combine.
I decided on these 4 because I didn't think they went together. I like
the colors of the challenge but I never would have picked them to use
on a Christmas card which is why I decided to do it.
The embossing stencil is one I've had for probably 15 years or more! I
can't remember the last time I used any of them and I have a lot!
I think I'll be pulling them out some more - I like the look it gives
to the background - it adds just a touch of texture.
It's hard to see in the photo but I used a wink of stella glitter pen on
the hat and just a touch on the dog's nose. If you look at it at the
right angle it makes the nose look a little wet. I don't know about
you but I think that little guy is too cute to have fleas.
This card took me a while to make but it was fun - I'm glad
I did it.
