The Best Part About a Home is...

My card for you today was made with a StampNation challenge
in mind. The challenge was to make a card inspired by the
theme word "HOME"

The stamps from Friendly Folk by Fresh Squeezed Stamps were perfect
for this challenge.  For the most part I went with a folk art look but
I decided to change the checkered border up a bit from the
traditional checkerboard border you would see in folk art.

The border actually makes me think of kitchen tile - which is
part of a home - so technically it works (hahaha)

supplies:
card stock: whisper white, crumb cake, basic black
stamp sets: friendly folk (fresh squeezed stamps), peachy keen
ink: basic black, soft suede, crumb cake, real red, crushed curry
embellishments: linen thread

Happy Stampin'
and thanks so much for visiting!
