No Ink at All!

I made this card this morning for a sketch challenge over at
StampNation. The challenge was also to welcome a new member
to the design team - Kristy Dalman - the owner of
Some Odd Girl and an extremely talented colorist. I am
looking forward to learning from her.
Visit her blog The Odd Girl

Here is my card based on the sketch.

Sadly, I do not own any of the Some Odd Girl stamps, yet but
I do plan on rectifying that. I remembered that I had some 3D
items that would be a perfect substitute until I add to my
supply of stamps. I decided to make a card with absolutely
no stamping on it at all! I know, crazy, right? But fun it was!

I thought this girl was adorable and made me think of the
sleepover my daughter just had with her girlfriends. I haven't
heard that much laughter in a long time. It was a beautiful sound!

If you've never made a card without any stamping at all, I suggest
you give it a go - it was a lot of fun!

supplies:
all from Stampin' Up unless noted
card stock: whisper white
big shot: arrows EF
scalloped tag topper punch
embellishments: whisper white baker's twine
3d items from Me & My Big Ideas
flower ribbon from the dollar store

Happy Stampin'
and thanks for visiting!

Oh my cuteness overload! That adorable sticker is perfect on your card. If you had not said it wasn't stamped I would never have know. I thought you did some awesome coloring. :)

Thank you Heather! You're very sweet :) I am very much lacking in the coloring skills department but am eager to learn from Kristy with her upcoming tutorials at StampNation.
