It's been a busy week for me and I haven't had the time
to play with challenges. That's what I'm doing this morning - catching up.
Challenges are a great way to jump start your creativity, or
to challenge yourself to go out of your comfort zone. Plus,
simply put, they are just plain fun to do!!!
This card was made with the

This card was made with the
Merry Monday Christmas Challenge #98 in mind. The
challenge was to "add some country charm with stitching and
buttons on your card."
Happy Stampin'

challenge was to "add some country charm with stitching and
buttons on your card."
I did faux stitching around the edges and my buttons are a
little hard to see. They are the clear hearts from the Bitty
Buttons collections (SU).
My favorite part of the card is the piece of cardboard box
that the toile ribbon is tied to. I love how the corrugated piece
adds a rustic feel to the card. I think I'm going to be playing
with that some more :)
