This card started out as a CAS angled card but...
...I couldn't stop adding things.
I started out with the piece of dsp on an angle and then stamped Dasher
and thought to myself it needs more. I then added the strip of dsp down
the side and the button with the toile (no pin or tag). Well, I couldn't stop
there so I added the ribbon and the scalloped piece to the bottom and then
thought, why not add it to the side too? So I did. I didn't like how the
corners met so I added the pin and the tag. Well, now Dasher looked
pretty boring as I had only stamped him in baked brown sugar so I
thought I would emboss him. I used the versamark pen and ran it over
the deer and then embossed with early espresso.
Mental note - don't do that again. The edges aren't as crisp as they
would have been if I embossed in the first place.
I used the early espresso marker to make the antlers stand out a bit more.
I then added the greeting which I embossed the proper way (lol).
All in all, I'm happy with how it turned out considring that at one point
I thought it was going to end up in the trash.
