The challenge was to make a card based on
the sketch below.
My first thought was to make a Valentine's card
with hearts coming out of the envelope, but I've
done that before and I wanted to do something
different. While I was thinking about it my
daughter suggested stars which I loved so I
decided on a congratulations card and kept it
simple with black, white and silver.
I'm thinking this would be good for a silver
anniversary, a graduation, a promotion....
any major achievement in someone's life.
The envelope was made with the 1 3/4" circle
punch. Punch out 4 circles, fold each one in half.
Position each piece so the folded edge is on the
outside and forms a square. Use your preferred
choice of adhesive to put together. I left the
top open for the stars to 'float' out of.
