Masculine Monday #27

I took to the internet to find inspiration for my Masculine Monday card.
The CAS-ual Fridays team is hosting a Tic Tac Toe challenge right now
and I thought that was perfect.

I chose to go across the middle of the board with monochromatic (neutrals), add a tag and no embellishments. I admit the embellishments was hard but I figure you can't have a tag without something tied to it so I kept the tie in the monochromatic color scheme.

I recently ordered one of the new 6x6 paper stacks from Stampin' Up called Wood Textures - it's awesome! I wish it came in a 12x12 pack. I don't have any sentiments that have to do with wood and I couldn't get what I wanted out of my head so I printed it out on my computer. It makes me smile and hopefully it'll make the recipient smile too.

Tic Tac Toe challenges are always fun because the possibilities are endless.
How does this challenge inspire you?

How striking is this card? ......really stands out in the gallery x I'm with you too on the embellishment part...I had a tag ready to go with a hole on the top and it needed a brad or ribbon so chickened out! Glad you stuck with it. The papers are gorgeous and what a fun sentiment. x
