Blendabilities

Okay, I'm ready for the day!!! I'm staying at my in-laws
this weekend because we are celebrating their 50th
anniversary and I forgot to bring my almond milk with me.
I'm allergic to milk otherwise I would use it. I made a quick
trip to Starbucks and grabbed a cuppa the new
Oprah Chai - a BIG cup as it's going to be a long day - and
oh my it is YUMMY!!!!

My card for you today is all about the new pens from
Stampin' Up called Blendabilities. Now, I don't own copics or
any other pens designed for coloring so I can't do a
comparison for you but I will say I'm really liking them.

I stamped the big poinsettia from a Stampin' Up set  and used the
Cherry Cobbler set of pens.

I am not naive enough to think that this is by any means
a ''work of art - it is more of a 'work in progress' lol.
Each set of pens is one color family and comes in a set
of 3 shades - light, medium and dark. I decided to start
with the lightest and work my way up to the darkest. I've
heard some people saying they start with the darkest and
then work their way to the lightest shade - I can't wrap
my head around that but I may give it a try.

If you have used these pens I would love to hear
your thoughts and tips.

Happy Stampin'
and thanks so much for visiting!!
